APAS Corporation has obtained over 70 internationally recognized certifications through years of hard work, including NSF and UPC certifications from the United States, DVGW and TUV certifications from Germany, WRAS and KITEMARK certifications from the United Kingdom, WATERMARK and BET certifications from Australia, GOST and EAC certifications from Russia, and SR-CU certification. In addition to these internationally renowned certifications, APAS maintains ISO, CNAS, and CE certifications for our products.These certifications cover 30 different product categories and cement our global leadership position in the industry.

1. Factory inspection allows clients to gain a deeper understanding of ERA’s high-quality manufacturing process. It ensures the production process’s quality. As a result, we feel that the company should offer factory inspection possibilities to large clients with whom we have a good relationship.

2.Not every consumer is permitted to go through such factory examinations. Because some competitors may be interested in learning about items and information on specific products and settings. As a result, I believe this should be managed carefully, and only significant, trustworthy clients should be permitted to enter the manufacturing site.

To ensure that our goods fulfill the quality criteria, our company’s inspection is separated into three stages: incoming inspection (raw material inspection), process inspection (online inspection, QC inspection, sampling), and final inspection. If this occurs, we will pay you or return the goods depending on the circumstances. If it is due to improper use, we shall notify the customer of the applicable standard scope.

3. If it is a quality issue, we will suggest solutions and hold internal discussions to avoid the same issue in future purchases.

1. The raw materials account for more than half of the cost of plastic pipes. For production, we employ 100% new materials supplied by well-known domestic and international vendors. As a result, our raw material costs are significantly greater than those of competitors who use recycled materials or unknown brands.

1. We must gather information about your customerization, such as appropriate certifications, product series, raw materials, and so forth. Of course, sending us some samples would be ideal. We can examine and analyze them at our own research facility. We are happy to personalize products for you if we can do it and your quantity is large enough.

2. Customerization is quite expensive, including sample testing, mold opening, trial production, and so on. We must study the market due to the high cost. We will determine the product’s cost when you offer a market research report on the product. We will integrate the actual sales scenario and market risk assessment. If the product’s actual and predicted sales are excellent, and we can reach an agreement with you on a cost-sharing plan, we will begin creating the product.

3. If the product you want to personalize is currently in one of our existing product lines and we have related development plans, we can cover the mold expenses, but we will not be able to enter your market. If not, you must face the expense yourself.

1. We do not have stock for export products because the color, standard, and packing for abroad clients are all different. We manufacture dependent on orders.

2. Our minimum order quantity is 5 boxes, with a minimum purchase value of $1000 USD.

3. If you insist on placing an order that does not match the MOQ, we will raise the pricing of these products by at least 5%-10% and postpone delivery by 50-65days to ensure the continuity of our daily production.

2. 30% advance payment by telegraphic transfer, 70% payment upon presentation of the bill of lading, and document release only if complete payment is received. Orders under $8,000 require full payment before manufacture.

4. Documents will be delivered only if full payment is received via telegraphic transfer. This payment method is only available to long-term clients with good credit (applied to non-customized products).

5. When a telegraphic transfer is combined with a letter of credit or a bank collection, the documents will be presented against the L/C or bank collection when the telegraphic transfer is received.

1.Our normal delivery time is 45-60 days. Considering the actual situation of the order, if it involves multiple categories and small quantities per item, the delivery time may be increased accordingly.
