DIN STANDARD CPVC PRESSURE PIPES FOR HOT AND COLD

1. High temperature resistance – Vicat softening point is 30-40 ℃ higher than PVC, which can be used in cold and hot water systems
2. Compressive strength – the wall thickness of pipes under the same pressure can be thinner than PVC.
3. Corrosion resistance – It enhances the corrosion of such fluids as acid, alkali, salt and oxidant.
4. Good thermal insulation performance – extremely low thermal conductivity
5. High flame retardancy – can be used for fire pipe system

CPVC DIN PIPES AND FITTINGS
APAS Piping Systems, CPVC Pipe Fitting ,CPVC PRESSURE PIPES, CP001, (DIN809) , CE
System: CPVC DIN 8079 Hot and Cold Domestic Water Distribution
Scope: CPVC is used for higher temperature applications than PVC, especially for handling hot corrosive liquids. With similar chemical and corrosion resistance to PVC. Increased chlorine content gives CPVC superior thermal resistance. CPVC is not recommended for use with chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, or polar solvents such as ketones. ERA CPVC materials conform to ASTM Cell Classification 23447-B (formerly designated as Type IV, Grade 1). The maximum recommended service temperature of CPVC products is 93°C (200°F).
Specification: Pipe and fittings shall be manufactured from virgin rigid chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride).
Product Advantages:
1. Good size stability
2. Low cost
3. Good weather resistance
4. With different proportions of plasticizer, can easily adjust the softness and hardness
