1. PVC electrical tube and wire tube have strong resistance to pressure, PVC threading tube series can withstand strong pressure, can be laid in the concrete exposed or concealed, and is not afraid of cracking under pressure.
2. The wire tube is corrosion resistant, insect resistant, and PVC threading tube series has acid and alkali resistance. There is no plasticizer in the tube, so there is no pest.
3. The wire tube has good flame retardancy. After the PVC threading tube series is burned on the flame, it can self extinguish and prevent the fire from spreading.
4. The wire tube has strong insulation performance, can accept high voltage without being broken down, and can effectively prevent leakage and electric shock accidents.
5. The PVC electrical pipe is easy to construct, and the PVC threading pipe is light – only 1/5 of the steel pipe is easy to bend. Inserting a section of bending spring provided by us into the pipe can manually bend at room temp ture.
6. The investment of wire tube can be saved. Compared with steel pipe, PVC wire tube can greatly reduce the data cost and construction and installation cost.

Fusion Joints

Unlike the fusion process developed for other plastics pipes, the fusion process for HDPE is proven and has been used by the natural gas industry for over 40 years. Approximately 95% of all gas distribution piping in  the United States is polyethylene pipe joined by heat fusion.

Fusing HDPE pipe is not difficult and personnel can be trained in the process.

Adaptability

In addition to joining HDPE with heat fusion, HDPE pipe can also be joined with Stab or Mechanical Fittings.

There are a wide range of these fittings available, specific to your pipe size and application.
